Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "96xbajee", "platform", "site", or "we" refers to 96xbajee, which operates online casino and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

These terms and conditions apply to all pages, games, promotions, and services. In addition, our Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of this agreement and both documents should be read together.

These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use 96xbajee services, each user must meet the following conditions:

• The user is using this service voluntarily and entirely at their own responsibility.
• All information provided at the time of account registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The user is not on any prohibited list and is betting with their own funds.

Age Verification

96xbajee reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time. When a verification request is made, the user must provide a copy of a government-issued ID or birth registration certificate. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until age verification is complete.

If it is found that a minor has used the platform and this is proven, all transactions on the relevant account will be cancelled and any deposited funds will not be returned.

Account Registration

Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must belong to the user themselves. Opening an account using someone else's information will be treated as fraud.

Password Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account secure. It is advised not to share login details with anyone. If a password is forgotten, the user must follow the recovery process designated by 96xbajee.

Account Transfer Prohibited

No account may be sold, transferred, or rented to any third party. If any such transaction is proven, the account will be closed immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 96xbajee is ৳100. The following payment methods can be used to make a deposit:

• Bank Transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks)

Deposited funds must come from the user's own source. Receiving or sending funds on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process. Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. 96xbajee reserves the right to hold withdrawals if account verification has not been completed.

Transaction Restrictions

If any transaction appears suspicious or raises concerns about money laundering, 96xbajee reserves the right to suspend that transaction and review the account without prior notice.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

96xbajee offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the user must complete a 15x wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

Bonus Terms of Use

• Bonus funds cannot be used directly like cash — they cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within the set period at the time the bonus is issued, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
• If an attempt is made to use bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.

VIP Cashback

96xbajee's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is given based on weekly net losses — up to 0.5% for Bronze, up to 1.0% for Silver, and up to 1.5% for Gold.

Example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200. Cashback is added directly to the account and can be withdrawn.

Changes to Promotional Terms

96xbajee reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion or discontinue a promotion. Changes will take effect from the time they are published on the site.

Casino and Betting

Nature of the Service

96xbajee offers various types of gaming services including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, and sports betting. The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer, and no outcome can be guaranteed.

Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue, 96xbajee will attempt to refund the bet for that round. However, a guarantee cannot be given in all cases.
• In any dispute regarding game rules, the decision of 96xbajee is final.

Maximum Win Limit

For certain games or promotions, there may be a cap on the maximum amount that can be won within a given period. Where such a limit exists, it will be stated in the relevant game or promotion details.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating or manipulating the platform or other users.
• Using strategies to gain unfair advantage from bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse).
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or professionally running a syndicate.
• Attempting to intrude into the platform's systems or security.
• Harassing or behaving offensively toward other users.

If any of these prohibitions are violated, 96xbajee may close the account and hold withdrawals without notice.

Account Suspension

Voluntary Closure

At any time, a user may contact the 96xbajee support team to request closure of their account. If there is a verifiable balance before the account is closed, it will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal rules.

Closure Initiated by the Platform

96xbajee may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Suspicious or illegal financial activity.
• Failure to meet the age requirement.
• Operating multiple accounts.

In such cases, the account balance may not be refundable.

Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of users' personal information is explained in detail in 96xbajee's Privacy Policy. By registering, the user gives consent to that policy.

Documents collected for account verification will be used only for identity verification and fulfilling legal obligations. Personal information is not sold to third parties.

All transactions are secured using SSL encryption technology. However, the user is also responsible for keeping their own device and login information secure.

Force Majeure
